Accounts Executive
Explore an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Accounts Executive. This role involves conducting various accounting tasks and managing financial operations within the company.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain Accounts: Ensure smooth and accurate updating of accounting records.
- Prepare Management Reports: Provide accurate and timely financial reports to support business decisions.
- Handle Property Investments/Projects: Oversee accounting processes related to property development, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Oversee Loan Administration and Cash Flow: Monitor and manage loan grants, repayments, and ensure financial liquidity.
- Coordinate with Auditors, Tax Agents, Consultants: Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Support Team with Ad Hoc Assignments: Assist with ad-hoc projects as required by the team.
- You will be part of a friendly, professional, and dynamic team who will train you and assist you on day one.

- Full-time, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6:30 pm.
- Minimum Education: Degree or Diploma in Accountancy.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in an accounting role.
- Licensure: Hold relevant licensure, as required by the Company.
