- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and concerns, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of any issues.
- Handle transactions smoothly, efficiently, and accurately, including the use of point-of-sale systems, payment processing, and cash handling.
- Manage stock and inventory levels in the store, including checking stock levels, identifying and monitoring reorder points, and restocking items as necessary.
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain an adequate stock of products, including travel items, tobacco, and alcohol.
- Participate in regular store cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure a safe, clean, and inviting shopping environment.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, product offerings, and applicable regulations required for successful retail operations.
- Adhere to customer service standards and company values, fostering a positive work environment and promoting company goals.
- Regularly review product information and industry trends to stay current on industry developments and make recommendations to management.
- Assist with promotional activities, sales campaigns, and visual merchandising to drive sales and improve store performance.
