  1. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and concerns, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of any issues.
  2. Handle transactions smoothly, efficiently, and accurately, including the use of point-of-sale systems, payment processing, and cash handling.
  3. Manage stock and inventory levels in the store, including checking stock levels, identifying and monitoring reorder points, and restocking items as necessary.
  4. Coordinate with suppliers to maintain an adequate stock of products, including travel items, tobacco, and alcohol.
  5. Participate in regular store cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure a safe, clean, and inviting shopping environment.
  6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, product offerings, and applicable regulations required for successful retail operations.
  7. Adhere to customer service standards and company values, fostering a positive work environment and promoting company goals.
  8. Regularly review product information and industry trends to stay current on industry developments and make recommendations to management.
  9. Assist with promotional activities, sales campaigns, and visual merchandising to drive sales and improve store performance.
