Site Operation Excellence Specialist (Pharm) Job Opportunity
Are you looking for a year-long job opportunity in Tuas with a competitive salary of up to 6500? Look no further! As a Site Operation Excellence Specialist, your key responsibilities include:
- Building Six Sigma and Ican Capability: You'll be responsible for training and coaching colleagues through training and coaching sessions, including IMEx orientation, IMEx elements, Innovation, process capability, Ml training and certification, SS, and more.
- Performance Reviews: You'll support the site opex lead in goal setting, cascading goals, and performance reviews.
- Delivering Measured Improvement: You'll continuously deliver measured improvement in performance in all aspects of business for all the IMEx Boosystem(s).
- Leading Projects: You'll lead Six Sigma and Lean projects that align with the company's short and long-term goals.
- Providing Leadership and Guidance: You'll provide leadership and guidance to Green Belts (Mcthod 2) and Yellow Belts (Method 1).
- Sharing Knowledge and Promoting Good Practices: You'll promote good practices and sharing knowledge across the site through your involvement in a community of practice and within networks.
- Owning the CI Element: You'll own and maintain the Cl element and work with the site leadership team to ensure consistent and impactful application of the CI loop site-wide.
- Promoting CI Culture: You'll promote CI culture through reward and recognition.
- Developing and Implementing Solutions: You'll develop courses of action and drive implementation of solutions.
- Maintaining Company Values: You'll uphold the company's code of conduct and values.
- Reporting Performance: You'll actively and impactfully deliver flawless execution in the Business Excellence, Process Centric Team (PCI) by updating performance against metrics, highlighting and resolving issues, with appropriate escalations.
To qualify for this job, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in leading and coaching in an Operational Excellence environment.
- Proven ability in application of Lean and Six Sigma methods and tools.
- Experienced in supporting sitewide operational excellence.
- Experienced in engaging multiple stakeholders and driving to alignment and action.
