Job Position: Guest Service Agent Location: Central Airconditioned Environment with Fixed 5-day Shift Salary Details:
- Day Shift: $13 per hour
- Night Shift: $15 per hour Uniform: A uniform will be provided by the employer. Job Scope: The responsibilities associated with the position of Guest Service Agent at our establishment include:
- Handling of customer inquiries: Respond to and provide accurate information about our services, facilities, and any other relevant matters to our guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out duties: Ensure that guest check-in and check-out processes are completed smoothly and efficiently, addressing any concerns or requests from the guests throughout the process.
- Other ad-hoc duties: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors, which may include tasks such as maintaining and managing records, assisting with event planning or coordinating with external stakeholders.
