Retail assistants must be able to multitask, solve problems, and handle unexpected situations. For candidates who possess these core skills, additional skills that would enhance the candidate's effectiveness include:
- Strong Communication Skills: Retail assistants must communicate effectively with customers and engage them to provide an exceptional customer experience.
