Temporal Retail Associate Position at Changi Airport T1 Departure Hall

Our company is looking for a Retail Associate to work at Changi Airport T1 Departure Hall, with a pay rate of $12/hr and a 2-month contract (extendable). The successful candidate will work retail hours, with rotating shifts, up to 44 hours per week.
Essential Skills for the Role
The ideal candidate should be able to commit fully and work weekends and rotating shifts, which will be assigned by the company. The following skills are crucial to the success of the role:
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is essential in this role. The successful candidate should be able to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, answer inquiries, and handle complaints.Complementary skills could include knowledge of different cultural customs and practices, which will be helpful when dealing with international customers.Stocktaking: The candidate should be able to manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotation and report any discrepancies.
Complementary skills could include knowledge of inventory management software systems and techniques for identifying and solving stock issues.Cashiering: The candidate should have experience with cash handling, bank reconciliation, and the running of a till.
Complementary skills could include knowledge of payment processing systems and fraud prevention measures.

The role holder will work in a busy airport environment, which requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. The candidate will work as part of a team and will need to work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and targets.
