Job Details:
Preparation of all items to set up the kitchen for success Receives product and ensures its quality, proper storage, and labeling Keep equipment, utensils, tools and Back of House clean, organized and sanitized throughout Assist in managing the lines and surrounding cleanliness General cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment Ensuring smooth daily operations Assist in inventory management Familiarize with the core of the business 13 main stations . Plan shifts and facilitate kitchen management - plan who will man each station and delegated shifts to suitable staff, inventory planning( avoid waste and cost control )

Job Requirements :

Qualifications: -Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline -Six Sigma Green Belt certified -Min. 5 years of experience -Proven experience in leading and coaching in an Operational Excellence environment. -Proven ability in application of Lean and Six Sigma methods and tools -Experienced in supporting sitewide operational excellence -Experienced in engaging multiple stakeholders and driving to alignment and action.
